Ideal Aire began in 1988 with owner Paul Velez. After working for someone in the Air Duct Cleaning business, Paul found under numerous circumstances that the air quality in a home or business can be increased by cleaning messy air conduits. Thus, Ideal Are was born.
Ideal Aire is a Greer-based family-owned and operated, heating cleaning, air duct cleaning, and restoration services company. Since its inception in 1980, Ideal Aire has strived to be Greer’s most reliable plumbing company. Through high quality work and competitive pricing, Paul Velez Plumbing not only became a company of success stories, but also grew into one of Greer’s largest commercial and residential property services companies.
In 2009, Paul Velez launched Ideal Aire, LLC. Our company took another step in becoming Greer’s one-stop-shop in residential and commercial property services. Our company recruited Greer’s best technicians in restoration and flood mitigation and purchased state-of-the-art equipment to provide our customers with the highest quality service.
As a family-owned and operated company, Paul has made it the company’s mission to focus on three different areas in order to continue their success. 1. Focus on the health and happiness of the employees, ensuring they have everything they need to excel in their careers; 2. Focus on the customers, always aiming for 100 percent customer satisfaction; and 3. Give back to the Greer community who has been giving Paul Velez their business since 1980.
